▸ How much is remote support?

The hourly rate for utilizing our Haloed Solutions Staff with consulting is $200.00 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. There is a 1-hour minimum purchase for new customers. This rate applies Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM until 6:00 PM Mountain Time. Any work performed outside of regular business hours or on holidays will result in a higher rate.
When you purchase a block of hours, those hours are credited to your account for use during our regularly scheduled times. Unused hours purchased expire one year from the date of purchase.

▸ Is Remote Repair Secure?

Yes, we take all the precautions we can to make sure we maintain a safe connection while we provide support.

▸ Is there a warranty?

Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. While we will do what we can to implement a solution or fix an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours we spend per engagement.

▸ How does the remote repair service work?

After you submit the form above, one of our technicians will review it and reach out to you about your request.
If we can help you with your request, we will send you a link to our scheduling page where you can choose a time and day that works for you.
At the time of your scheduled session, we will ask you to return to this page, where below, you can click on the Access Remote Support button and enter the code that we will provide you.
The technician will help you get our remote support software installed so we can begin work.
After the session is complete, we will send you an invoice for the billable hours.
